**Return Policy for www.June1one.com - Artwork Purchases**

 

At June1one.com, I strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase of my artwork. My return policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and customer-friendly. Please take a moment to review our guidelines below:

 

**1. Eligibility for Returns:**

   - You may return artwork (Prints Only) within 30 days from the date of delivery.

   - To be eligible for a return, the art Prints must be in its original condition, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

   - All Sales are FINAL in regards to SOLD Original Paintings By June1one. 

 

**2. Initiating a Return:**

   - To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at June1one24@gmail.com, or directly to me @june1one on instagram with your order Information and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.

   - My customer service team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to proceed.

 

**3. Return Shipping:**

   - Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

   - Please use a reliable shipping method with tracking to ensure the safe return of the artwork.

   - We recommend using the original packaging to prevent damage during transit.

 

**4. Refund Process:**

   - Once we receive the returned art prints and confirm its eligibility, we will process your refund.

   - Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

   - Please allow [5-10] business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.

 

**5. Exceptions:**

   - Customized or personalized artwork is not eligible for return unless there is a defect or error on our part.

   - Artwork that has been damaged or altered by the customer is not eligible for return.

 

**6. Damaged or Defective Artwork:**

   - In the rare event that you receive damaged or defective artwork, please contact me immediately with photos of the damaged item.

   - We will arrange for a replacement or refund. 

 

**7. Cancellations:**

   - Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Once the artwork has been shipped, the return policy applies.
